Accomplishments – Flickr Account organization, Phase 1 Trainings, Created a Web Map, Research on what we would like our website to look like, Featured Work sliders, Learning how to use wordpress in a more advanced way. At this point in time I am currently working on the Featured Work, figuring out how to use wordpress to display this information how I need it to be.

I feel that for a class, the work I have done isnt beneficial to me, other than the wordpress knowledge gained.  For me I have done the task that are due, but have not furthered those task other than the minimum requirement. I feel I need a little more structure in the class, like a schedule of when things are due, to push me towards completing objectives of the class. I liked the weekly schedule on the class site where you could see what was due. I know we are doing separate assignments but when we come to class and you ask for people to show their work, there doesn’t seem to be any work to be shown.

I think its great that you are letting us choose what we want to do, which I like, but when we chose I think we should have some deadlines so we can complete that and move on to the next one.

As for the internships, I was going to be working on the class internship. I would like to do stuff that I could do from home though like the media if possible, my work schedule doesn’t really allow me to work outside of my class schedule unless I know in advance to try and make time and request time off of work to do that.

Id like to contribute more to the class website, I just need some direction.
