Instructions for the show:

1. Greet visitors and have them sign Guestbook
2. Give them “Handout 1” (Velma or I will have these)
3. Ask them to answer the 1-2 questions BEFORE they enter the show–brief answer ok.
4. Let them walk around show, and let them know you’ll be happy to answer any questions to the best of your knowledge. You can focus on the topics you know best, and say you’re also still learning.
5. Ask them to fill out “Handout 2” as they leave. (How did their understanding of sustainability change after viewing the show?).
6. Put Handouts in their proper boxes.

As the show progresses through different venues we’ll evaluate the effect on viewers, and then solicit new posters from local artists/students.
