Approach 1-AlyssaD

This link is a mock up of how I want my website to look like. The background of my website is how to make changes at the University Of Maine. Having the University keep upgrading certain things such as parking, fields, food places, street lights, etc, will help provide safety for students and the UMaine community.

While looking through the website you will see photos, comments, and posts that people would write from the UMaine community that they think would need fixing and improving. There will then be a voting section for each of these posts and the one that has the most will start fixing them first.

I came up with this idea when I started to become late to every class because of the lack of parking, and my peers around me started to agree with me as well.  In class on Thursday we started to speak about how to make my website better. We thought of the idea to change the website into different types of “sections” such as the New Media department, the Business department, Sports teams etc. This will make it easier for each department to state what each department thinks they need to fix to make there department better.

I am not sure yet what the coast is going to be, but every single time a new idea comes up and the University wants to fix that problem, then thats when the coast is going to come in. The amount of time it is going to take to do the website won’t take that long, I can always go in and fix it up and keep upgrading the website.
