BACKGROUND

In today’s world we humans are trying to find ways to save in any aspect of life, whether it is money, food, water, electricity, heat, and even our planet. This is how we survive on Earth in today’s society because we are adaptive to make this planet sustain human life for years to come. With going to the movies becoming outdated due to the advancement in technology people don’t have to now watch new movies that just came out at the movie theater instead people now can watch it on there computer. However with our concept we want to create seats that uses thermal heat from people’s body warmth that are watching a movie to power the theater, this will allow customers to not have to pay for movie tickets at an extremely high price as they do today, and also saving energy using the thermal energy from humans based on the emotions that they feel during the movie, with emotion and thermal heat people will become the reason why they are able to watch a movie.

DESCRIPTION

The concept we created is customers who attend the movie theatre will be sitting in emotion thermal chairs that turn their body heat into energy depending on the emotions they feel during the movie which is then used to power the theater allowing customers to attend the theater at a low cost at the same time increasing the economy. No matter the emotion you feel during a movie, your body is always giving off heat and with sitting in a seat for hours at a time can store a lot of thermal energy that is able to power the theater allowing then the theaters to save money on energy and putting money somewhere else, whether it is upgrading theater and what is the biggest change to this concept besides discovering sustainable energy is being able to drop ticket prices along with concession stand prices which will make customers pleased with the visit to the theater.

CREDITS

Matt Carlson and Cam, came up with the idea one day when they attended a movie and when coming up with ideas they thought about ways to save energy while at the save time saving money and that is where we saw an opportunity with thermal energy through emotions during a movie.

BUDGET

I came up with the budget in my intent, which will be around ten million to redo the movie theatre and design these seats that feed off thermal energy through emotions, the budget will expand as the theaters expand.
