User generated fact-checking platform.

After listening to other pitches and critiques, I realized a better intent would be to have user-generated content on an app. This should be more effective than putting numbers up because users would be able to live-update information about current issues with cited sources.

Like my other intent, this will benefit uninformed Millennials who aren’t aware of the facts of current issues because of news biases and outright lies. The objective is to have the app be a platform for users to add information to a topic’s page with multiple cited sources, rather than taking what one news outlet is saying as fact.

I’m unsure of the cost of creating an app (I’ve never done one before) but I know a one-man team can generate one over the course of a year or so, with alpha versions ready in a few months.
