Thermal Seating Theater

Summary: We want to create a movie theater that uses thermal heat from people’s body warmth that are watching a movie to power the whole place. This would make the prices of a movie ticket drop drastically because the theater doesn’t have to spend as much money on energy now that it’s coming straight from the people that are watching movies there.

Description: The idea is that people will be sitting in these thermal chairs that turn their body heat into energy which is then used to power the whole theater. No matter what kind of movie you’re watching, you are always giving off body heat so sitting in a seat for hours at a time can store a lot of thermal energy throughout all the movies playing throughout the day so the theater saves money on everything else and can drop ticket prices along with concession stand prices which will also make everyone much happier. This will create a cycle of people coming to watch a movie at a low price and also being part of the energy source used to power the theatre.
